MOIST cakes inside, fluffy cream cheese or yummy buttercream. Light, refreshing and not so sweet. It’s really unlike those crazy sweet cream(that you scrape off 3/4 of the cream) that you see elsewhere I dont know where lah.

My Top 3 Favourite after I tried like 4 favours. haha! still have 20over haven try yet!

they are like ALL so good, like when you buy a CD ablum, maybe only the two songs are nice the rest are just to make up the number.

PERSONALY… I would love to have a shop of my own just like this one.. Looking at my two bosses so stress out. I know it’s gonna be really really tough. So better think about it again. Haha.

I am really loving the design of shop, the white bricks as the wall, the colours used and the BRIGHT PINK boxes to contain the lovely cupcakes.!  >.< Daniel and Jamie are brillant, lot of hardwork, effort and time are put in for this handmade with love cupcake shop. Great boss.! =) Enjoying working here.                                     Hopefully, I can work at kitchen soon.

So much for being ‘friends’ with IKEA, issue was the complimentary parking coupon issued to me today,11July 2011 at 2.25pm was not activated. I purchased items from cashier ROSELYND trans: 20023848

When I was already at the gantry it said card cant be debited. With many Cars q-ing behind me, I reacted to the white ‘help’ button which was not responsive after I press it a couple of time. I suppose there should be help at the other line, sadly there is no respond at all.

Being helpless, I inserted my cash card hoping to prevent more jam at the car park. But machine didnt react to my cashcard. After i remove my cash card once again. The gantry opens up. I thought that help came so I exited. But only to realize that amount of $4+ was debited from my card.

Problem is …
I am really dissppointed at how this incident was handled.
Back home, I dialed IKEA hotline. They put me through the security department, on the line was this indian man speaking. I explain the situation to him. However he he isnt helpful at first. Afterwhich he say sorry, i cant help you. Ask me to write in, and even pause and stop talking to me. I was really furious with his attitude. Hang up the phone.
I made a call again. They then direct me to customer service officer. She makes me feel that she is better trained, in a better position to be the front line. The man in the security department was poorly trained to deal with customers. He could suggested better solution instead of leave me feeling helpless and angry. They shouldnt have direct call to personal who are not trained in the first place.

There should be way to resolve such parking issue. I dont need another complimentary card coupon it’s useless to me as I can get free one every time I visit IKEA.

DONT TELL ME that such huge organisation only DEBIT money from customer and cant do no refund at all. It’s rubbish seriously.

The customer officer highlighted that she may be able to let the management know again the issue. I was more comforted when she is willing to raise up issue.

I hope there would be reasonable explaination and stuffs done. I am not hoping for a refund in cash, as least a credit balance to my IKEA card or what so ever. Dont be disappointing once again…
